🧩 Digital Products
All Spectrum Hacks guides, printables, and downloads are digital items.
Because access is delivered instantly after purchase:
➡️ All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience any technical issue (broken link, missing file, download error), email asdspectrumhacks@gmail.com — we’ll make sure you receive a working copy of your purchase.
By completing your purchase, you agree that you are buying a non-tangible digital item and that no physical goods will be shipped for these orders.
📦 Physical Products (for future merchandise)
If your order includes a physical item (for example, apparel, mugs, or sensory tools), the following policy applies:
Return window: You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return:

We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions if your return is approved.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions:
We do not accept returns for:

Personal care products or custom-made merchandise
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders delivered to the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
